YAY! is run by two sisters, who are passionate about amazing food , passionate about ethical business, and passionate about veganism. The name YAY! was born when we tapped into how we wanted people to feel about our food, and how we wanted to feel while running the business. We started YAY in 2017, and we still love the feeling we get when we see the faces of people as they try our products for the first time – their eyes light up, and it’s a big fat YAY! all round. So good!
Our marinated vegan feta started taking the vegan world by storm as soon as it hit the shelves! We’ve been so busy trying to keep up with the demand for this one product, it’s been amazing! Word is also spreading fast about our vegan pies and other pastries, so it’s been a super busy time since we first started the business in April 2017.
Ethical business is really important to us. We always choose the most environmentally friendly and sustainable packaging options for our food. We have chosen a fully compostable material to package our pies, so you can enjoy our pies in your home, without adding any plastic to the world. We donate 10% of our profits to animal charities. We always look for situations where there is a win-win for everyone involved – for us, for our customers, for the animals and for our planet!
