Spag Bol with Bechamel Pie

It’s spaghetti bolognese, but in a pie.  We repeat.  It’s spaghetti bolognese, with a creamy bechamel sauce, in a pie.  For reals.

What can we say?  We took our deliciously thick and rich traditional Bolognese sauce, stirred it through al dente spaghetti, and popped it in a pie case.  Genius!  Topped with our cheesy bechamel sauce, this pie represents indulgent comfort food in all it’s wonderful glory.  Enjoy!
