We deliver every Wednesday. Your order must be in by midnight Monday for Wednesday delivery. Therefore if you order on a Tuesday, your delivery will arrive on the Wednesday of the following week, so 9 days after you order.
Our products come via refrigerated vans and must be kept cold. Please ensure you are either home to accept your delivery, or leave an esky out in a safe place for your delivery to be left in. Frozen items will be frozen on arrival but may defrost in an esky. We can deliver to your work address if that’s easier for you.
